Freewheeler Board Meeting Minutes
December 1, 2005 7-8 PM
Spartanburg Westside Library

1.) Discussed giving donation through Assault on Mt. Mitchell to Phillip Watters. This was NOT approved. It was suggested that a table be set up at the bike expo the night before the Assault requesting donations.

2.) 50 Hincapie hats were ordered for participants in the Million Mile Challenge. 100 hats were printed. It was NOT approved to pay $250 for the additional 50 hats.

3.) A motion was approved to continue the high mileage club for 2006.

4.) A motion was approved that we use Active.com for all registrations for the 2006 Assaults. Letters will be sent out to Freewheeler members that they must pay their 2006 Club dues by January 15th in order to register online. Freewheelers in good standing will be able to register online on January 29, 2006. Club members will have 3 weeks to register ending on February 19, 2006. Then, all registered riders of the 2005 Assaults will be able to register on Tuesday, February 21, 2006. It will be stressed that riders must present proof of registration at packet pickup.
