1.) "Discussion of Christmas Party December 5th, 2005 - New Location?"
Suggestions:

Budget of $3500 but excess comes out of reserve
Weblink to register for party - Steve Yetman

2.) Mileage Awards -participatory award? Hincapie hats?
"5000 milers - new, get plaque, repeats get added tag for prior plaque."

3.) PCC donation approval for Tigerville Bike Trek? Net proceeds go to PCC (About $1500) Approved.

4.) "Bike Pedestrian conference - financial support from club for registration, was approved for 1 member to go."

5.) Membership level support for PCC from Freewheelers Club. Right now its about $1800 from Mitchell and Bike Trek donations.
Yellow Jersey level is about $5000.

6.) Activity Slide show and photos for Christmas party discussed.

7.) Next Meeting for club monthly meeting is at main library.
